Suggestions for Students
It is essential that students keep a steady pace and an ongoing record of their reflective practice in a sketchbook, notebook and/or Google document.
This will be critical to providing evidence of practice, experimentation and revision to the College Board.
Students will also be expected to use sketchbooks outside of class for ongoing art investigations, and will be writing explanations on the development of their ideas using art vocabulary and communication skills.
Revision is a very important part of the creative process and several pieces might need to be re-worked or re-done.
Students need to come on their own time to complete unfinished work.
Any student that encounters technical difficulties during the learning process will be allowed five school days to make up the work. Students will lose points for handing in work late.
